Important Information: Please be advised that if your pet is uncooperative or too difficult to groom, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, no charges will be applied. Additionally, if your pet's coat is excessively matted or difficult to manage, shaving may be necessary. Please note that the service cost may be adjusted if the weight, temperament, or coat condition differs from the information provided at the time of booking. Please note when using a credit card there is a 3.75% transaction fee, you can pay cash to avoid the fee but we DO NOT CARRY change. Thank you.
